Feed Support Holland respects your privacy. This statement explains which personal data we process through this website and why.

Quote and advice form

When you fill in a form, we receive your name, company name, email address, phone number and country, plus anything else you enter: the products, the quantity, your question and your contact preference. We use this data only to contact you, answer your question and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your request for a quote or advice (steps prior to a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Your request is stored on our own server and forwarded by email to our staff. For that email we use Google (Gmail), which processes the message on our behalf. We keep requests for no longer than two years after the last contact, unless they are needed for a customer relationship or a legal obligation. We never sell your data to others.

Visitor statistics

Our web server keeps a log of requested pages to produce anonymous visitor statistics. IP addresses are shortened before they are written to the log, so they cannot be traced back to you. We do not use third-party analytics services or tracking cookies.

Cookies

We use only one functional cookie, which remembers the language you chose. No consent is required for this.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. To do so, send us a message via the form on this website. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
